Application for opening a branch – To the Governor of the State Bank

Introduction

All application forms related to opening a branch of Micro-finance Institution which are used by the State Bank of Vietnam and the registering Micro-finance Institution.

Note: This Circular was written in Vietnamese language. The Vietnam Microfinance Working Group arranged the translation of this Circular into English with financial support from Cordaid.
