This Circular provides guidelines for implementing some provisions of The Decree 28/2005/ND-CP dated on March 09, 2005 on the organization and operation of micro-finance institutions in Vietnam (hereafter referred to as the Decree 28/2005/ND-CP) and the Decree 165/2007/ND-CP dated on November 15, 2007 on amendment, supplementation, and repeal of some provisions of the Decree 28/2005/ND-CP (hereafter referred to as the Decree 165/2007/ND-CP).
Except for provisions in this Circular and other relevant specific regulations, the provisions in the Enterprise Law and the Law on Credit Institutions shall apply to the organization and operation of micro-finance institutions.
