Circular stipulating the debts classification, provisioning and use of provisions against credit risks in activities of small scaled financial institutions. No 15/2010/TT-NHNN

Introduction

Small scaled financial institutions operating in Vietnam shall be obliged to carry out the loan classification, the provisioning and use of provisions to deal with credit risks in activities of small scaled financial institutions as provided for in this Circular.

The provisioning and use of financial reserve fund shall be carried out in compliance with provisions of applicable laws on the finance regime applicable to small scaled financial institutions.
