With financial support from ADA Organization, Cordaid Organization, Citi Foundation – Citi Bank Vietnam, and the cooperation of Banking Acedamy, Tinh Thuong One member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution (TYM), International Finance Corporation (IFC), Vietnam Microfinance Working Group (VMFWG) is honor to host the important event on reviewing microfinance sustainable development in Vietnam, sepcial with the transforming process of semi-formal Micro-finance Institutions into formal Micro-finance Institutions sustainably and professorly in Vietnam. The workshop will bring significant contributions to the process of establishing and modifying the legal and regulatory framework for microfinance activities currently in Vietnam.
I. CONTENT
1. The 5th Microfinance Workshop about “MFI Transformation in Vietnam – Look back and Plan Forward”
– Purpose: Updating latest occurences and trends Vietnam Microfinance Sector, concluding the lessons and successes of shifted Microfinance Institutions.
– Place: Melia Hotel Hanoi.

2. The 2013 Citi -Vietnam Microentrepreneurship Awards (CMA 2013)
– Purpose: Recognize microfinance customer who contributed their ideas of effectively using capitals, outstanding credit staff, and MFIs devoting to The plan of building and developing a solid microfinance system in Vietnam until 2020, which plays a big factor in the national reducing poverty process
– Place: Melia Hotel Hanoi

II. FEES:
1. Non- VMFWG members: Is charged 1.000.000 VND/person.
2. VMFWG members:
+ Members who have already paid 2013 VMFWG membership fee: VMFWG will support attending fee for 02 (two) representatives. If your organization have more than 02 representatives attending, each additional representative is required to pay 500.000 VND ( this fee is used to pay for a portion of attending fee).
+ Organization members who have not paid 2013 VMFWG membership fee: VMFWG will support attending fee for 01 (one) representative. If your organization have more than 01 representative attending, each additional representative is required to pay 500.000 VND ( this fee is used to pay for a portion of attending fee).
+ Individual member: is charged 500.000 VND/ person ( this fee is used to pay for a portion of attending fee).

III. SUPPORT AND PAYMENT
1. One representative of organization who already paid 2013 VMFWG membership fee:
+ Dinner on December 12, 2013, tea break and document will be served and provided to each delegate.
+ Accommodation cost for 1 night of 12th December 2013 (for representatives outside of Hanoi) at an assigned hotel.
+ Traveling fee:
The North: 300.000 VND/ representative
The Middle: 500.000 VND/ representative
The South: 2.000.000 VND/ representative
2. One representative of organization who has not paid 2013 VMFWG membership fee:
+ Dinner on December 12, 2013, tea break and document will be served and provided to each delegate.
+ Accommodation cost for 1 night of 12th December 2013 (for representative outside of Hanoi) at an assigned hotel.
3. Paying traveling fee
Hosting board will pay travelling fee for attending representatives only when receiving:
– A photocopy of Identification Card.
– Documents proves reasonable and valid travel cost in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations.
