IV, SCHOLARSHIP AND PAYMENT METHOD
1, Scholarship (Only applicable to VMFWG’s organization members)
- Schorlarship for VMFWG’s organization members to attend the events is prescribed in Appendix 1
- Does not sponsor additional participants according to Appendix 1.
2, Payment method
2.1. Deadline to submit payment documents:
Please provide your full payment documents before 25 December 2014. The payment documents includes:
- 01 copy of Indentification Card/ Passport.
- 01 copy of invoices proving your travel expenses as regulated by Vietnam Minitry of Finance.
- Intruction Letter form organization (with organization’s stamp)
- Payment Request (as attached form).
2.2.Deadline for payment process:
The organizer will transfer your scholarship before 31 December 2014 when receiving your eligible payment documents (as listed above)
